Project Overview

We formulated many Project Proposals for slients including Government & MSME's in the country. Below is the PNG Government - Public Investment Program project write up we did for Eastern Highlands Provincial Administration's - Provincial Agriculture & Livestock Division.

Survey

Owen Project conducted a comprehensive survey across all eight districts of the Eastern Highlands Province to identify value-chain needs and farm support priorities for fresh fruits and vegetables. The exercise engaged 100 farmers per district, along with Provincial Agriculture Officers, Provincial Agriculture Directors, NGOs, and women-owned enterprises. Through structured questionnaires and coordinated field visits, the survey captured insights on production challenges, market barriers, training gaps, financing needs, and opportunities for strengthening linkages from farm to market.

The findings have guided the development of targeted interventions to improve productivity, enhance market access, and support inclusive growth within the province’s fresh produce value chain. A formal project proposal was complied and submitted to Department of National Planning and Monitoring which awaits approval.
